Facebook Insider guide on how to market correctly on Facebook
When Facebook opened their South African office, they held a half-day event in which they presented various aspects of the Facebook eco-system and how it relates to South Arica and Africa. This session was aimed at creative agencies and marketing people which was instantly apparent from the various beards and hipster looks staring back behind the skinny-red-chai-liquid of some description.
The sessions were fascinating as we were able to gain insights into the global machine that is Facebook. There was one session that I had to film from start to end as, for me, it had unpacked the true power of Facebook. This was the kind of session that corporates pay thousands of dollars for consultancy time.
